CCIC Chair Riccardi Meets Head of CCPIT for EU in Brussels

December 2025 — Lorenzo Riccardi, Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC), met with the CCPIT Representative for the European Union Zhao Feng for an exchange of views on the current state and outlook of EU–China economic relations.

The meeting was held in occasion of the conference Understanding China in Brussels and provided an opportunity to discuss ways to strengthen institutional cooperation and enhance dialogue between European business communities and Chinese counterparts. Particular attention was given to the role of chambers of commerce in supporting companies operating across borders, promoting trade, and facilitating investment.

The discussion highlighted the importance of maintaining open communication channels and constructive engagement between European and Chinese institutions, especially in a rapidly evolving international economic environment.
