Also, don't miss the second Week of the Italian Mechanical Engineering in China (WIMEC) organized in conjunction with the fair.    The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to invite you to visit the Italian Pavilion at the China International Industry Fair (CIIF) 2023.  The thematic framework of CIIF 2023 will be Digital Economy & Industrial Decarbonization. The fair will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai from September 19th to 23rd, in hall 1.1.     Launched for the first time in 1999, the CIIF is a leading fair for high-end, smart, and green manufacturing in China and an important platform for international trade, communication, and cooperation.     After the success of the 2020 edition and a hiatus because of COVID in 2021 and 2022, this year Italy returns to the CIIF 2023 with an Italian Pavilion of 1,300 square meters and more than 50 companies, which will showcase their innovative and advanced technologies and their new products to the Chinese public. The Italian Pavilion is organized by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and ITA - Italian Trade Agency, with the support of the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C. and the Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai. To support the Italian presence and to foster cooperation and working opportunities between European and Chinese SMEs, a series of events will be organized, such as forums, promotional activities, seminars, and ad hoc company presentations.   Second Week of Italian Mechanical Engineering in China (WIMEC)     The second week of Italian Mechanical Engineering in China (WIMEC) will kick off again this year in conjunction with the CIIF 2023. Its main objective is to promote the leading role of "Made in Italy" in the mechanical engineering sector, talking about Italian innovations and know-how thanks to the contribution of the Italian exhibiting companies participating in the fair. Nell’ambito del rinnovato e concreto ruolo della rete delle Camere di Commercio Italiane all’Estero (CCIE) a supporto delle imprese italiane e del Made in Italy nel mondo, le CCIE di Area Asia, Sud Africa e Oceania, in collaborazione con Assocamerestero, organizzano un forum tematico sulla transizione energetica e industrializzazione dal titolo: "Piano Mattei per l’Africa – il contributo delle Camere di Commercio Italiane all’Estero" L’iniziativa, guidata dalla Camera di Commercio Mozambico-Italia con il supporto della Camera di Commercio Italiana in Cina e della Camera di Commercio Italo-Sudafricana, si terrà l’8 maggio 2023 a Maputo (Mozambico) e sarà interamente dedicata al settore energetico. Particolare attenzione verrà data a tematiche collegate alla tutela dell’ambiente e alla sostenibilità, con un focus specifico sull’area subsahariana. Il giorno successivo, 9 maggio, sono previsti incontri bilaterali di business tra aziende o associazioni e le loro controparti istituzionali. L’evento vedrà la presenza di rilevanti rappresentanti di alcune tra le principali aziende italiane operanti nel settore energetico dell’area subsahariana, delle Istituzioni italiane e delle Autorità locali. The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to announce the Event Agenda on the occasion of the next China International Consumer Products Expo (Hainan Expo 2023), which will be held at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Haikou (Hainan Province) from April 11th-15th, 2023. More than 25 Corporate Brand introductions, 10 Masterclasses and 4 Seminars, all happening inside the CICC Company Pavilion at Hall 2 Booth 2H26.     Given the central role of Italy in this year's edition – Italy has been selected as the Country of Honor, the Expo will represent a valuable showcase for Italian companies interested in promoting Made in Italy to the Chinese public. The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in its role as an aggregator and coordinator of Italian companies present in the area representing the high-end market, has set up a Company Pavilion, which will be part of the Italian National Pavilion, organized in synergy with the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C., the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and ITA - Italian Trade Agency.   THE PAVILION The CICC Company Pavilion is located at the centre of Hall 2 - Fashion & Premium Brands Hall, which connects to the main entrance.     The Pavilion covers 260 sqm and it is divided into 3 parts: CICC Reception Area, Company Exhibition Area, and Seminar Area. At the 126 sqm Company Exhibition Area, there are customized stands where member companies display Italian products; Seminar Area with 20 seats to hold seminars, masterclasses and business activities.       THE SETUP COMPANY     BolognaFiere (BF) – with more than one century of history – is among the leading international exhibition operators. The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to announce the Event Agenda on the occasion of the next China International Consumer Products Expo (Hainan Expo 2023), which will be held at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Haikou (Hainan Province) from April 11th-15th, 2023. More than 25 Corporate Brand introductions, 10 Masterclasses and 4 Seminars, all happening inside the CICC Company Pavilion at Hall 2 Booth 2H26.     Given the central role of Italy in this year's edition – Italy has been selected as the Country of Honor, the Expo will represent a valuable showcase for Italian companies interested in promoting Made in Italy to the Chinese public. The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in its role as an aggregator and coordinator of Italian companies present in the area representing the high-end market, has set up a Company Pavilion, which will be part of the Italian National Pavilion, organized in synergy with the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C., the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and ITA - Italian Trade Agency.   THE PAVILION The CICC Company Pavilion is located at the centre of Hall 2 - Fashion & Premium Brands Hall, which connects to the main entrance.     The Pavilion covers 260 sqm and it is divided into 3 parts: CICC Reception Area, Company Exhibition Area, and Seminar Area. At the 126 sqm Company Exhibition Area, there are customized stands where member companies display Italian products; Seminar Area with 20 seats to hold seminars, masterclasses and business activities.       THE SETUP COMPANY     BolognaFiere (BF) – with more than one century of history – is among the leading international exhibition operators.
